At the Medina County Health Department, we view online platforms as a valuable tool to engage in two-way communication with our residents. We will be as responsive to your questions or concerns as possible. The Medina County Health Department recognizes the rights, benefits, and responsibilities of using social media. Having respectful dialogue is important to us. To maintain respectful dialogue, we reserve the right to hide comments, replies, photos, links, or posts and report users whose comments or posts fall within the following categories:

• • Abusive, defamatory or obscene language (profane, vulgar, etc.)
  • Fraudulent, deceptive or misleading
  • In violation of another’s intellectual property rights
  • In violation of any law or regulation
  • Comments or content that promotes, fosters, or perpetuates discrimination on the basis of race, creed, color, age, religion, gender, gender identity, gender presentation, marital status, sexual orientation, genetics, status with regard to public assistance, national origin, or physical or intellectual disability
  • Spam or links to other sites
  • Advocate illegal, dangerous, or violent activity
  • Promote particular services, products, or political organizations
  • Otherwise offensive (including personal attacks against staff & other users)
  • Personally identifiable medical information
  • Information that may compromise the safety, security, or proceedings of individuals, public systems, or any criminal or civil investigations
