Medina County Health Department Needs Your Help!
We are looking current patients to join our Health Center Board of Directors.
Did you know that over half of Medina County Health Center’s Board of Directors are current patients? Are you interested in volunteering your time and talents by serving on Medina County Health Center’s Board?
Patient Board members work with the Health Center’s management in the service of its mission “to prevent disease, assure a healthful environment, prolong life, and promote well-being for the citizens of Medina County.”

To be eligible to serve, you must be:
• A regular patient of Medina County Health Center at the Medina County Health Department, or at least one member of your immediate family must be a regular patient.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Able to attend and participate in monthly Board meetings, held on the second Thursday of the month from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. All meetings are held at the Medina County Health Department at 4800 Ledgewood Drive, Medina, OH 44256. Lunch is provided at all meetings. Reimbursement is available for transportation to and from meetings and for child care if needed.
• Able to participate in at least one Board committee group that meets several times per year. You can attend meetings in-person or over conference call.
