Newborn Home Visits
A newborn home visit is an opportunity for families to share their questions and concerns with the newborn nurse during this special time.
Visit includes:
- Breastfeeding Assistance
- Infant Car Seat Checks
- Infant/Mother Assessment
- Infant Weight Check
- Education about Baby’s Health, Development, and Safety
- Information about Helpful Programs and Community Resources
- Follow-Up Visit or Phone Call
The visit is made by a Public Health Registered Nurse. This is FREE and we come to you!!
Who Is Eligible
Any Medina County Resident!
How Visits Are Scheduled:
