Tips for Staying Safe During Respiratory Virus Season
There are a range of common respiratory viral illnesses, and many of the symptoms are the same. In order to keep yourself and others safe, the guidance is still the same: feeling sick? Stay home.
Additional prevention methods:
- Stay up to date with immunizations
- Practice good handwashing (hygiene)
- Wear a mask
- Distance yourself from others
- Seek healthcare promptly for testing and/or treatment
