Fall is officially here bringing cooler temperatures, fall gatherings, and family events. These cooler months are also flu and respiratory illness season. Krista Wasowski, Health Commissioner for Medina County, recently issued a letter to Medina County residents outlining what you need to know this fall and winter. The letter includes updates on the following topics:

  • COVID-19 testing
  • COVID-19 vaccinations
  • RSV treatments and vaccinations
  • How to schedule appointments for your vaccination needs, including the flu

Click the link below to read her letter and call us at 330-723-9688, option 1 to schedule any vaccination appointments. Now that the distribution of the COVID-19 vaccine has transitioned to the commercial market, we will be charging insurances for this vaccine. For those that are uninsured/under insured, no-cost vaccine options are available through the Health Department for both the flu and COVID-19 vaccinations.
