DESCRIPTION:1 in 4 people age 65 or older has a fall each year. \nThe MCHD will host a free fall prevention program. \nDetails: Stepping On is a 7-session program that helps you avoid dangerous and costly falls.\nYou will learn how to: \n\nIdentify\, remove\, or avoid fall hazards inside and outside your home.\nUnderstand how vision\, hearing\, medication\, and footwear affect your risk.\nPractice strength and balance exercises tailored to your needs.\nLearn the safest way to get back on your feet if a fall occurs.\n\nMondays\, June 29th to August 24th\, 2026 from 9 am-11am (No sessions July 27th or August 3rd) \n330-723-9688\, option 2 with questions or to register.
