SUMMARY:Naloxone and Medication Safety Presentation
DESCRIPTION:A discussion of medication safety in the home. The presentation will include safe storage of prescription medicines as well as safe disposal of unused\, unneeded\, or expired medicines.\nIn addition\, an explanation and demonstration of naloxone (for accidental drug overdose) will be provided. \nMedication lock boxes\, naloxone kits\, and at-home medication disposal pouches are available at no cost through the Medina County Health Department.
