This class is an advanced food safety course designed for owners and
managers who wish to become certified in food protection.
Participants must attend all classes and pass the final exam to
receive a ServSafe® certificate and Ohio Department of Health
Level Two certification in food protection.

TOPICS INCLUDE:
Foodborne Illnesses, Food Allergens, Introduction to
Microbiology, Personal Hygiene, The Flow of Food,
Cleaning and Sanitizing, Food Safety Management
Systems, and Pest Control.

All classes will be held at Medina County Health Department, 4800 Ledgewood Drive,
Medina, Ohio, 44256, in Conference Rooms C&D at the Northeast corner of the building.
