COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus 2019-nCoV)

The Medina County Health Department, the Ohio Department of Health (ODH), in coordination with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), is closely monitoring the 2019 novel (new) coronavirus COVID-19.

The Health Department continues to hold community clinics at various locations throughout the county. Citizens are encouraged to download the ArmorVax app on their smart device or create an account at to find available appointments. Ohio Public Health Advisory System Interactive Map

The system consists of four levels that provide Ohioans with guidance as to the severity of the problem in the counties in which they live.  The levels are determined by seven data indicators that identify the risk level for each county and a corresponding color code to represent that risk level.
