The Medina County Health Department, the Ohio Department of Health (ODH), in coordination with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), is closely monitoring the 2019 novel (new) coronavirus COVID-19.

COVID-19 Vaccine Information

Citizens 80 years and older may register for COVID-19 vaccinations by calling the Health Department at 330-723-9688, ext. 243. Citizens 65 years and older can download the ArmorVax scheduling app but there are no appointments available for this age group at this time.

Ohio Public Health Advisory System Interactive Map

The system consists of four levels that provide Ohioans with guidance as to the severity of the problem in the counties in which they live.  The levels are determined by seven data indicators that identify the risk level for each county and a corresponding color code to represent that risk level.
